Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you! We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (tags on, please!).

To start a return, just email us at info@thisgirlcanco.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned
• We don’t offer exchanges — simply return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items?
Oh no — we’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please get in touch ASAP. We’ll make it right
